Work Package D
Proteomic and genomic HPV screening sensor development
Objectives
- To develop a highly cost-effective and easy platform for the combined quantitative electrochemical detection of HPV related DNA and proteins, building on developments achieved within the H2020 PoCOsteo running project.
- To develop the simplest and least expensive fluidic pathway for incorporation in the microfluidic cartridge.
Tasks
- Requirements and specifications
- Development and validation of proteomic sensor
- Development and validation of electrochemical detection based HPV DNA sensor
- Development and characterisation of the combined proteomic / genomic sensor for integration in a single microfluidics cartridge
