Identify hard-to-reach populations for cervical cancer screening
Objectives
- To define and characterise the hard-to-reach populations who do not attend cervical cancer screening in the study countries (i.e. Belgium, Brazil, Ecuador, Portugal).
- To understand barriers and facilitators to attending conventional cervical screening and to explore alternative strategies to promote screening among hard-to-reach populations.
- To define a country-specific strategy to reach these populations in the pilot study (WPF)
Tasks
- Define hard-to-reach populations for cervical cancer screening
- Focus Group Discussions with hard-to-reach populations
- Design country-specific strategies and study protocols to pilot the HPV detection device in hard-to-reach populations in WPF
